PACIENTŲ PO SPONTANINIŲ INTRASMEGENINIŲ KRAUJOSRUVŲ IR PROGNOSTINIŲ SKALIŲ PROGNOZUOJAMOS EIGOS PALYGINIMAS

Tikslas. Įvertinti spontaninių intrasmegeninių kraujosruvų vertinimui naudojamų ICH ir ICH-GS prognostinių skalių prognozuojamą pacientų mirštamumą palyginti su realiomis ligos baigtimis. Metodika. Buvo atliktas retrospektyvinis tyrimas, kurio metu buvo analizuotos 2021-08-01 – 2022-08-31 Lietuvos sveikatos mokslų universiteto ligoninės Kauno klinikų (LSMUL KK) Neurochirurgijos intensyviosios terapijos skyriuje (NITS) gydytų istorijos, kuriems atlikus galvos smegenų kompiuterinę tomografiją (GSKT) nustatyta spontaninė intrasmegeninė kraujosruva. vertinama 30 dienų mirštamumo prognozė pagal J. Hemphil kt. (2001) Ruiz-Sandoval (2007) tyrimuose aprašytas prognostines skales bei lyginama Rezultatai. Tyrime išanalizuotos 137 istorijos. Iš jų 74 (54,0%) vyrų 63 (46,0%) moterų. Vidutinis tiriamųjų amžius 67±12,5 metai. Pacientų mirštamumas po spontaninės intrasmegeninės kraujosruvos (SISK) 35,8% (n=49). palygintos SISK baigtys (ICH ICH-GS) prognozuojamomis Didžiausi skirtumai tarp skalės 1, 3 5 balų prognozės mūsų tyrimo realios baigties, atitinkamai 3,8% (prognozė 13%), 43,5% 72%) 66,7% 100%). Mažiausi 7 9 tirtų atitinkamai 18,8% 64,7%. Tiriamųjų reali baigtis priklauso nuo skaičiaus (p<0.01). skalėje numatoma geriau, nei skalėje. Išvados. Pacientų, patyrusių SISK, kiek geresnė, prognozuota prognostinių skalių. prognostinė skalė patikimiau prognozuoja pacientams, sergantiems ICH-GS.
